The Territory Relationship Manager manages a productive relationship between dealer groups and colleges insuring communication and active dealer involvement pertaining to Stakeholder Meetings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Represent the automotive technician training-internship program at all Stakeholder meetingsRepresent the automotive technician training-internship program at Recruiting events at the high school and adult education levelProgram Marketing Material distribution Management of student, dealer and College program inquiries generated from web site inquiriesReport program s performance pertaining to colleges, dealerships etc.First contact point for dealers, students and members of the BCEvent participation, coordination regarding industry events and recruitmentAssist with graduation to dealership tech placement.
.The Mopar CAP & D@W Relationship Manager develops and maintains relationships between dealers and Mopar Career Automotive Program (CAP) affiliated schools in order to attract, train, retain and place future dealership employees.Additionally, the Relationship Manager is responsible for driving dealership participation in the Degrees@Work program, providing a no-cost, no-debt college education to participating dealership employees and their family members.
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:Develop and manage productive relationships between dealers and affiliated schools ensuring communication and active involvement in the Mopar Career Automotive ProgramRepresent the Mopar Career Automotive Program at affiliated secondary education level (colleges, universities and trade) school launches, recruiting events, career fairs, etc.Report and track program s performance against key performance indicators and goals Represent and coordinate the Degrees@Work program to all FCA dealerships in assigned territory alongside Strayer UniversityBenchmarking other OEM automotive educational training programs in assigned territoryTracking of FCA assets and contract obligations (vehicles, components, tools, marketing materials, etc.) at affiliated schoolsCollaboration with internal and external program partners to ensure success (NC3, ASE, NATEF, Strayer University, etc.)Coordination and collaboration with FCA s nine (9) business centers and field organization
Position Requirements:Bachelor s degree2 years of territory/area managementUp to 60 - 75% domestic local and overnight travelAbility to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationshipsStrong organizational and time management skills; able to work in a mobile office setting with minimal supervisionExcellent problem solving skills - resourceful, creative thinkerStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable speaking in front of a larger group of peopleProficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite programs
Preferred Qualifications:Automotive retail service experience with FCA or other automotive OEM
Territory: This territory includes approximately 20 Mopar CAP schools and covers the following states: PA, MD, ME, NY. NJ, NH, MA, RI, VA, VT, WV.
