Community Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone to clients and customers regarding healthcare inquiries

  • Ability to operate in an environment providing solutions to clients and customers
  • Complete any administrative tasks assigned by management promptly and on time

Community Support Specialist Requirements:

  • Ability to consistently show up on time to shifts
  • Navigate through internet browsers and have a working knowledge of basic computer systems such as word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, etc.
